August 16, Foton-Daimler, Capital Logistic and Beijing Huanda Automobile Assembly held a ceremony for signing a strategic purchase order of 1000 units of GTL central axle trailers.
The new version of GB1589-2016 officially released on July 26 indicates that the double-axle trailers will be banned beginning on September 21.
The new regulation claims that the max width of the trailer is within 2.55 meters and the max length is within 22 meters, carring 8 to 10 units of passenger car.
Transportation companies are all considering how to improve the operation efficiency while executing the new regulation GB1589. Intermediate axle trailers seems to be the best solution with higher efficiency, low fuel consumption for passenger car transportation.
