Recently, Hunan Provincial Government issued the Implementation Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Replacement (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), which proposes to "expand the application of new energy vehicles in the fields of public transportation, environmental sanitation, postal courier, urban logistics, and official vehicles".
